Section 13
Cancellation of license
: (1) If the licensee does not renew the license within the period specified in section 12, such license shall be cancelled.
(2) If the licensee commits any of the following acts, the department may cancel the license obtained by him: "(a) If he obtains a license by submitting false documents or details or if he is sent to foreign employment"
(b) If the cash bond is not deposited within the period specified in sub-section (3) of section 11,
(c) If additional bond is not filed in accordance with the order given in accordance with sub-section (4) of section 11,
(d) In case of non-payment of security deposit according to sub-section (3) of section 35, "(d1) In case of transfer or change of ownership or liability contrary to section 14,
(D2) If one hundred workers cannot be sent annually for two consecutive years,"
(e) If any action is taken contrary to this Act or the rules made under this Act.
(3) Before canceling the license in accordance with sub-section (2), the department shall give reasonable opportunity to the concerned licensee to present his explanation.
(4) A licensee who is not satisfied with the decision to cancel the license in accordance with this section may file an appeal before the "Ministry" within thirty-five days from the date of receiving the information about the decision to cancel the license and the decision made by the "Ministry" regarding the appeal shall be final.
